Effective September 10, 2026. Lucky 7 is operated by Patel Corp ("we"). This policy covers the Lucky 7 iOS app and its game services.
Account: if you use Sign in with Apple, we receive an account identifier and, if you share it, your email address. Guests get an anonymous account created for their device, with no name, email, or other personal data attached, so their coins and purchases are kept safe.
Gameplay: match results, in-game currency balances and transactions, display name, and cosmetic choices, stored on our servers (hosted in Canada via Supabase, game server in Germany via Hetzner).
Purchases: App Store purchases of in-game items are processed by Apple. We record which products your account owns; we never see your payment details.
Advertising: optional rewarded ads are served by Google AdMob. We request non-personalized ads. Google's use of data is described in Google's privacy policy.
Photos: a profile photo you choose stays on your device. It is never uploaded to our servers.
We do not sell your data, run third-party analytics, or track you across other apps or websites. In-game coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed.
In the app: Profile, then Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, balances, and stats from our servers. Guests: Profile, then Sign Out, which erases the guest account the same way. Match history keeps only an anonymous identifier.
The fastest way to reach us is inside the app: tap the ? button on the home screen. Your player ID is attached automatically and our reply shows up right there. You can also email lucky7gamesupport@gmail.com.
