Best way to reach us: open Lucky 7 and tap the ? button on the home screen. Your player ID is attached automatically, and our reply appears right in the app.

Account deletion: in the app, open your Profile and choose Delete Account (guests choose Sign Out). It is immediate and permanent.
Banned? The app shows the reason and lets you appeal right from the banned screen. A person reads every appeal.
